AKA Product Walkthrough or Guided Product Tour Product tours are a way to introduce new users to a product. Most software or apps should aim to be as intuitive as possible; however, developers can use product tours to nudge users towards the value of a product or the aha moment. When a user opens an app or product for the first time, they are looking to solve a problem. Product tours can orient them around the UI and show them how to perform several tasks, and unlock the potential of a program.
